At ALIRRA, we process and ship orders with care to ensure your products arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Florida and all other U.S. states and territories where carrier service is available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
ALIRRA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, ALIRRA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If approved, we will issue a replacement for the damaged item.
Refunds will not be issued.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from ALIRRA pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
