We accept returns of new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the hygienic nature of hair care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alirraproducts@gmail.comwith:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.
